Room-Blocked Hotel Rooms
Firstly, we have reserved room blocks for your convenience at the following Walt Disney World on-site hotels: Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter. Other Hotel Options and Our Room-Night Minimum
Please note, you are not required to either stay on-site or book through the Weddings Reservations team. However, guests staying on-site for all or part of their trip do help us reach the 25 on-site room-night minimum required for our event.
You can also help us reach our 25 on-site night minimum by booking your on-site Walt Disney World hotel room through any other websites/agencies and then providing us with your Disney reservation confirmation number, arrival/departure date, name on reservation and resort staying at so we can communicate your stay to our planners. If you go this route you can make reservations for on-site hotels using the Disney World Resort Hotels website, the 407-939-1936 reservation number, or any other hotel booking company such as Orbitz, Hotels.com, CheapTickets, Expedia, Travelocity, Booking.com, etc. Many websites like Orbitz also routinely offer coupon codes that can dramatically reduce the price of your on-site hotel stay. These can be found on the websites themselves or compilation sites such as RetailMeNot or others.
If you or someone in your family is active or retired member of the U.S. Military, including the National Guard, Reservists and the U.S. Coast Guard you can also qualify for discounts on hotel rooms at Walt Disney World. For details on this discount please click here.
Important Details for Guests Booking On-site Hotel Accommodations Outside of the Weddings Reservations Team
- If you book directly through the Disney website or reservations phone number and cannot locate your reservation confirmation number click here for help and then provide it to us along with your arrival/departure date, name on reservation and the resort you are staying at as soon as possible.
- If you book through another website or agency your reservation confirmation number is typically listed as a combination of 6 numbers and letters (Example: D3N9LU) and marked as the hotel confirmation number or some other similar name. It is NOT the same as the record locator, order number or anything else the agency might use to identify your specific order with them. After identifying please provide it to us along with your arrival/departure date, name on reservation and the resort you are staying at. If you are unable to identify your reservation confirmation number please contact your booking site/agent for assistance.
- Note: After providing us your Disney reservation number you should also link it to your Disney account through the MyDisneyExperience website. Link your hotel reservations, theme park tickets and other items by clicking here. Please note: Walt Disney World Dolphin, Walt Disney World Swan, Shades of Green Resort, those located in the Disney Springs/Downtown Disney area and any other non-Disney owned property will not apply to our room night minimum but are still possibilities if you would like to stay there. Again, there is no requirement from us that you have to stay on-site on Walt Disney World property.

Please Note: March is the start of Spring Break season, so please be sure to book your accommodations as soon as possible once you have confirmed your attendance with us.
To book Walt Disney World® Resort accommodations using our available room blocks, please call the Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Reservations Team at 407-827-6799 and either mention the Bautista/Cox Wedding or our group code G0690671. Rooms will be held till January 29th, 2016.
To book Walt Disney World® Resort accommodations at any on-site Disney hotel/resort you can book via the Disney World Resort Hotels website, call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at 407-939-1936 or use any other hotel booking company such as Orbitz or Hotels.com. Then provide us your Disney reservation number, arrival/departure date, name on reservation and the resort you are staying at as soon as possible.
If you are not staying on-site at a Walt Disney World hotel there is no need to notify us of your stay and your accommodations can be booked in whatever way you prefer.
